All that is required is to phone in the model number of the appliance and a description of the parts required. Payment can be made by either Visa or Master Card. Orders are shipped via DHL or Purolator for a fee of $6.99 freight/handling charge for all standard orders. Over sized shipments may be charged at higher rate. All orders received by 4:00PM Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 4:00PM will be shipped the following business day.
Purchased parts can be returned for a full credit if the part is returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of shipping. Special order parts and electrical parts are not returnable. All parts that fail will be exchanged subject to each manufacturers' warranty policy.
Business hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday, Saturday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM (MST), excluding holidays.
